Was erwartet dich?
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse (IST-/SOLL-Prozesse)
- Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Umwelt, Qualität und Produktivität
- Identifikation von Schwachstellen und nachhaltige Prozessverbesserung (KVP)
- Unterstützung der produktionsnahen Bereiche - z. B. durch Schulungen und Unterweisungen
- Mitarbeit in komplexen Projekten (z. B. Industrialisierung und Digitalisierung)
- Übernahme erster Projektverantwortung – je nach Erfahrung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Technikausbildung oder Studium im technischen Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o. ä.)
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessanalyse und Projektkoordination von Vorteil
- Selbständige, analytische, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Kreativität
- sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
